Submission of Full-length Manuscripts
Paper
contributions presented at 5th International Congress on
Food Technology will be published before the congress as a book edition.
All manuscripts should be written in English and/or in Greek with an
extended summary, and well-established scientific terminology should
be used. Two members of the scientific committee will assess the suitability
of each paper for publication in the proceedings. Significant improvements
of the paper content and format could be required if necessary. A high
linguistic and stylistic quality of the manuscript will bring authors
prestige and would provide a prompt publication without any undue delay
and resulting complications.
Full-length manuscripts should be prepared in strict compliance with
the instructions
for authors,
which are available for downloading.
The
ready manuscript should be submitted (in DOC) as an e-mail attachment
sent to the Congress Secretariat. It is recommended to entitle the manuscript-containing
file after the surname of the lead author.
After receipt of the full manuscript the corresponding author will be informed in due time whether the contribution is accepted for publication in the 5th International Congress on Food Technology Proceedings.
