The Congress will take place in "Nikolaos Germanos" Congress Centre of HELEXPO facilities, Thessaloniki, Greece, is located within the city centre, 12 km from the Makedonia International Airport and 4 km from the Central Railway Station.

"Nikolaos Germanos" Congress Centre “Nikolaos Germanos” Congress Centre is the second Congress Centre and operates independently at the centre of HELEXPO facilities in Thessaloniki, within a 6,000 m² building complex. This congress centre has four (4) halls with a total capacity of 720 people. Modern audiovisual aids, projection machinery, microphones and comfortable interpretation booths for eight (8) languages guarantee the smooth operation of any event.

"Nikolaos Germanos" Centre has areas for receiving congress participants, organisers’ offices, a VIP hall, a Press Centre, a restaurant and an area for hosting receptions. 

The congress will take place concurrently with the DETROP 07 Exhibition, the 19^th International Exhibition for Food-Beverages-Machinery & Equipment
