Oral and Poster Presentations
Presentations will be oral or posters. The duration of normal oral presentations will be 15 min. Opening and closing lectures by invited speakers will last 30 and 20 min respectively.
The organizers will give you additional instructions and assistance concerning your session and the presentation of your paper in the SPEAKER ROOM Hall A, which is built on the second floor of exhibition hall “8”. On the first floor you will find a restaurant, space for receptions and exhibition space.
In order to
avoid any problem with computer presentations, you can send your presentation,
as a Power Point presentation, to us. In any other case, when you arrive,
please test and if necessary reformat the computer presentation before
giving it to the audience. Only a Power Point presentation will be accepted.
We encourage you to check your presentation in the computer as soon
as possible at least one-hour prior to the presentation. The speaker
room will be open from 14:00 - 20:00 h on Friday 9 and from 09:00 to
20:45 h on Saturday 10 & Sunday 11, March 2007.
PROJECTION FACILITIES
Slide projectors,
overhead projectors and data projectors will be available. The speakers
are kindly requested to deliver their presentations (slides, transparencies
or Power Point files) to the Speaker Room at least one hour before the
start of the relevant session.
POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters should be prepared according to “Poster Preparation” instructions.
Posters will be displayed in a room located just besides the speaker room; Hall C. Posters should be set up on Friday, March 9 on 14:00 – 15:00 hours. Assistance for posters set-up will be given by the congress’ secretariat. Posters will remain exhibited throughout the duration of the congress. One of the presenters must be present during the time dedicated for the poster presentations.
